This course uses seasonal ingredients, allowing you to experience the changing seasons of Japan.The appetizers include a variety of flavors such as frosted flounder sashimi, Matsumae-zuke scallops, Wagyu beef tartare gunkan, and takana (green mustard greens) rolled sushi, as well as the elegant sweetness and umami of Kuroge Wagyu beef steak, and for the main course, a small hotpot of crispy yellowtail from Miyazaki Prefecture.The meal will consist of rice cooked in a pot with plenty of crab meat.It is also recommended for business occasions such as entertaining guests and dining with family and friends.
